One of our Surrey Wildlife Trust venues, Staffhurst Wood offers a westerly facing peaceful and secluded field, surrounded on all sides by beautiful ancient woodland. The wood is a fragment of the old ‘Wildwood’ that once covered much of Southern England and dates back to Saxon times.  Access is via a footpath through this scenic wood (feel free to take a detour past the beautiful woodland pond) and if you decide on a date in April/early May you will be in for a treat when the bluebells put on their stunning display. Parking can be within the field itself, or you may choose to transfer your guests by bus.
This venue is on the eastern border of Surrey. With its proximity to the M25 and M23 it is also easily accessible from London, Kent, East and West Sussex.
